When you think that 2020 was full of troubles, even more things begin to happen. Entering this week, we were already dealing with a new surge in COVID-19, which raised the number of daily incidents to the highest levels we have seen so far – the global economy, which is in the process of exploding around us, a huge civilian force. riots in US cities from coast to coast, and giant locust clusters that destroy farms all the way from east Africa to parts of India. Unfortunately, we now have a few more items to add to our growing list.

Let’s start by talking about alarming new locust outbreak. The following comes from UK news source

Dramatic footage captures the “amazing” swarm of locusts swarming through farmland and destroying crops.

Grasshoppers with short horns can absorb as many crops as 2500 people a day.

Some of you may have just read this paragraph and came to the conclusion that this is “old news”.

In the end, we heard about the colossal locust armies in Africa for several months, and I have published many articles about this unprecedented plague.

But the news I just quoted did not speak of these locusts. Instead, this report was about a completely new infection that broke out in Argentina, and one local official says he has never seen anything like it ever before.

As on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean, these small creatures eagerly absorb everything that can be seen, and countless farms are destroyed.

Now these swarm are heading to Brazil, and Brazilian officials are definitely extremely alarmed. One of my readers in Brazil sent me an article about this emerging crisis. from a Brazilian news sourceand below is a quote from this article that has been translated into English …

Approximately one square kilometer, they can contain up to 40 million insects that consume pasture in one day, equivalent to eating 2,000 cows or 350,000 people, Argentine agronomist Hector Medina told Reuters.

What would you do if 40 million locusts suddenly fell on your farm?

Of course, the truth is that you could do very little that could make a difference. Like many other farmers around the world, you just watch how all your hard work is completely destroyed.

Meanwhile, an absolutely gigantic dust stream from Africa crossed the Atlantic Ocean and is about to strike at the United States. The following comes from CBS News

A huge stream of dust from the Sahara desert in northern Africa pervaded the atmosphere, thousands of feet above the tropical Atlantic Ocean, and now hides the Caribbean Sea and approaches the southeastern United States.

From time to time, a dust plume from Africa can cross the ocean in this way, but the monstrous that we are observing right now is really unusual.

In fact, one expert says this “The most significant event in the last 50 years”

“This is the most significant event in the last 50 years. Conditions are dangerous on many Caribbean islands, ”said Pablo Mendes Lazaro of the University of Puerto Rico School of Public Health, Associated Press.

As this plume travels across the United States, air quality in some areas drops sharply. Part of the dust has already arrived, but the “thicker layer” is projected to hit Texas On Friday

On Wednesday, dust is expected to move across the Gulf of Mexico towards Texas.

On Thursday morning, people in places like Brownsville in Texas and Houston are likely to wake up from a beautiful sunrise and a dangerous sky.

Prediction models show a denser concentration spanning most of Central America and Mexico on Thursday.

This thicker layer is likely to reach Texas by Friday and then turn east. If the predictive model is correct, it will move across most southeastern and mid-Atlantic states on weekends.

Among other things, the west coast is starting to tremble again. Southern California was hit on Wednesday 5.8 magnitude earthquake

California residents received an emergency warning on their phones that said, “Earthquake! Expect shaking. Throw it, hide it, hold on. Protect yourself now. – USGS ShakeAlert. ” The US Geological Survey (USGS) said the earthquake occurred 17 km southeast of Lone Pine. Tremor arose at a depth of 2.9 km, the epicenter – 17 km southeast of the Lonely pine.

According to the US Geological Survey’s interactive tremor map, the effects of the earthquake are felt in Death Valley National Park.

Since then, the earthquake has been reduced to 5.8 points.

This earthquake was followed by numerous significant tremors, including one that was measured with a magnitude of 4.6.

In general, it was 2267 earthquakes in California and Nevada over the past 7 days, and this is certainly alarming.

Further south along the Ring of Fire in Mexico, an earthquake of 7.4 magnitude occurred. on Tuesday

On Tuesday, a massive earthquake struck southern Oaxaca in Mexico, killing at least five people and shaking buildings hundreds of miles away.

According to the US Geological Survey, a magnitude 7.4 earthquake struck in the middle of the morning. Its epicenter was off the Pacific coast, about seven miles southwest of Santa Maria Zapotitlan, near the seaside resort of Huatulco.

Very large seismic events occur so often that these days they hardly cover the news, and this is regrettable, because people have to wake up and understand that our planet is becoming more and more unstable.

Here in the United States, scientists have persistently warned us for years that it’s time for the Big One to hit California, and this is one of the things that I’ll talk about in a new book that I’m currently working on.

At some point, the hourglass will no longer have sand, and an unprecedented disaster will occur on the west coast. Let’s pray that we have some more time left before this happens.

But nothing can stop the inexorable passage of time, and the deeper we get closer to 2020, the crazier it becomes.

Unfortunately, the truth is that this “perfect storm” is just beginning, and this means that what we have experienced so far is just the tip of the iceberg.
